rainbow

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor.

Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance.
His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together ...

Patch
Patch was such a beautiful big boy - Betsy loved him totally and he is going to be missed by his entire family, his Aunt and his cousins. 7-21-2008

Peggy Sue
Peggy came to us to find her forever home. Unfortunately, we lost Peggy Sue last night to a nasty virus. This virus is preventable with annual vaccines but because she was still young and vaccinated, she was able to pick it up and not be able to fight it off. Being only 4 months old, her immune system was not strong enough. We will all miss you, Peggy Sue. RIP (NAR Fosters)

Phoebbee
Sometime in 2002 while shopping at PetValu, I met a kitten named Piper, she was shy but had the most adorable face ever. We instantly bonded and once I got her home, I called her Phoebbee, after the character Phoebe Buffett on Friends. It took Phoebbs about 7 years to come out of her shell, but once she did; she became the queen of the castle. She lived with her brothers Kozmo, Nick and Jack. They each had their own relationship with Phoebbs, but it was the relationship she had with me that was so amazing. Phoebbee took care of me, constantly there when I would come home, sleeping beside me and watching television with me. She became my very best furry friend, and I will for forever keep her in my heart. My life was forever changed the day I brought her home. Phoebbs BoonFeen Queen Tripp 2002-2017

Princess
Princess came to us for a short while. She was loving and sweet. She developed a problem with her liver and lost her fight. May she be in peace over the Rainbow Bridge

Prissy
5-22-09, such a short time with our rescue and such a sweet cat. Prissy was humanly euthanized as a result of an illness that could not be fixed. She will remain forever in our hearts. Prissy is result of the over population problem. She was rescued from the local animal control. She is a sweet cat that prefers to be an only cat but may do well with one or two others. She plays runs from on end of our home to the other. She talks and rubs up against you when it's feeding time or just because. We estimate her to be born sometime June 2008. So she is a baby herself. She is spayed, felv/fiv tested negative and fully vaccinated
