Alabaster came into NAR looking for his forever home after he aged out at a box store. He is a friendly hammy. Very active. He is Campbell's Dwarf hybrid. He needs more of handling as he has been siting around with minimal handling on a daily basis. He is quick. Alabaster is located in Northeast Philadelphia PA . Adoption fee is 15.00 We require proof of setup with pictures and a note attached with current date. Failure will delay approval. Must be open to relearning about hamster care as things have changed through the years. Est Birthday June 2022. 

Hamsters are crepuscular creatures. Like many other mammals, hamsters are more likely to be awake and active at dawn or dusk. This isn’t to say that some hamsters don’t ever stay awake all night. Much like humans, individual hamsters have their own sleep patterns. They aren’t all awake and playful at exactly the same time. This does mean you may not get quality time with them since most won't wake up until evening/nighttime.
