Our website is updated daily Tosh was surrendered along with the fraggles group. Tosh is a sweet dwarf with beautiful markings to match. She enoys her wheel and rolling in her sand. She doesn't seem to mind to be picked up and handled. Tosh is estimated be about 5 months or so. She was already mom but we do not know what happended to her babies. Tosh is being fostered in Northeast Philadelphia. Hamsters are crepuscular creatures. Like many other mammals, hamsters are more likely to be awake and active at dawn or dusk. This isn’t to say that some hamsters don’t ever stay awake all night. Much like humans, individual hamsters have their own sleep patterns. They aren’t all awake and playful at exactly the same time. This does mean you may not get quality time with them since most won't wake up until evening/night time.
