Meet Ash & Ember

Say hello to Ash and Ember, a dynamic duo of gerbils looking for their forever home! These quick and curious little ones were surrendered by their previous owner through no fault of their own. Now, they’re hoping to find an experienced caregiver who understands their active nature and unique needs.

Ash and Ember thrive in a spacious habitat where they can dig, explore, and burn off all their energy. They’re not suited for homes with young kids but will do wonderfully with someone who appreciates their lively personalities and knows how to handle them with care.

If you’re ready to provide a loving, enriching environment for these two, Ash and Ember are waiting to meet you!

Gerbils are active, clever animals and friendly by nature. When accustomed to handling and handled properly, gerbils are gentle critters and seldom bite. Gerbils are best suited for older children who have learned proper handling techniques and can assist parents with some of the regular care responsibilities.

Gerbils have an average of 3 to 4 years and are active during all hours of the day. Gerbils hate being alone and love company, and do best when kept in same-sex groups.
