Tibby was dumped in NE Philly. A few kind neighbors took care of her by feeding her and giving her water. A NAR volunteer took her in and is fostering her. She is a sweet cat who gets along with other adult cats but not crazy about kittens. She loves people especially children. Tibby is spayed, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on shots.
