Hi. My name is Rex. I was rescued off the streets of NE  Philly. I am an adorable black female kitty with a white tip on my tail. You have to check it out. I used to think it was a toy and I would chase my tail to catch it. Now I would rather have you play with me with a real toy. Will you adopt me and play with me? We will have so much fun together. I love attention. I am a little shy until we play.
