Silas is neutered, UTD on vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Approx. DOB is April 2014.

Silas was found wandering the streets of Philadelphia as a baby.  He was very sick and unfortunately one of his eyes could not be saved.  That doesn't slow Silas down at all though!  Silas loves to run around the house with his foster siblings playing.  When he finally slows down, he is an affectionate cuddly boy.
