Cecil is neutered, UTD on vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Approx. DOB is August 2014.

Cecil and his brothers were found with their mom on the harsh city streets, trying to survive as the weather was turning cold.  Now safe inside, Cecil loves fuzzy mice toys and wrestling with his siblings.  He is shy at first, and will need a little love and patience in his new home.
