Description:
Rosie was found on the streets of Philadelphia by a volunteer. The volunteer was driving home when she saw Rosie sitting on the sidewalk cold and dirty. The volunteer went to check her out and Rosie came right over to her. She was told by a woman who lives in the neighborhood that Rosie's owners no longer wanted her, so they threw her out. Rosie is a sweetheart, she follows her foster mom all over and sits on her lap when watching TV. Do you think you could open your heart and home to give Rosie the forever home she deserves.

Rosie was born around April 2006. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
