Description:
Amelia isn’t your average kitten! If you’re looking for a truly special kitten, you have to meet little Amelia. At under three-months-old, Amelia found her way to the city shelter, emaciated and sick. She was spotted by a volunteer who just couldn’t this little girl out her mind. The next day, Amelia was rescued from the shelter and whisked away to foster care. Now fully recovered from her cold, Amelia has grown into an adorable girl with beautiful brown tabby markings and the sweetest little face. This little one is truly a joy to have around. She is a very lovable girl with a gentle, docile nature. She loves to nap on her foster dad's feet, and curl on on her foster mom's lap, purring away. Amelia is remarkably well-behaved and well-mannered for a kitten. She uses the litter box perfectly and is very neat with the litter and her food. You won’t come home from work to find her swinging from the curtains! Instead, she’s more likely to be just waking up from a nap in her kitty bed. She loves to greet you by rubbing against your legs until you pick her up for a snuggle or two. But don’t think she doesn’t like to play and have fun…she is still a kitten, after all! Amelia loves to play with wand toys and her version of tackle football, where she basically just runs into your leg! Although she likes playing with her foster family, she can easily amuse herself for hours batting around her balls and mice or playing with the ball-in-the-track toy. At night, she loves to curl up in bed with her foster parents. Amelia is currently living with two adult cats and gets along wonderfully with both. She likes to play but is very respectful of her elders and knows when to leave them alone. She is not at all dominant. Amelia would certainly love having another kitten friend to play with, or an older sibling to snuggle with.
