Description:
Other Pictures of Meep (Devon Rex) *declawed* (click to see larger version):2011 being adopted in 2007 their current owner is forced to give both Lola and Meep up for adoption. The cats have been totally loved and cared for by a veterinarian who adopted them. Personal issues has forced her to place them up for adoption. They are both 9 years old and are declawed (they came that way- don't blame me!)
Lola is an Ocicat. She is about the sweetest cat you could ever imagine. All she wants to do is sit on your lap and purr and make muffins. In fact, she is sitting half on my keyboard right now. :) She has a weird reverse sneeze that has been investigated by many specialists, but we never found anything wrong with her. She is beautiful with a sleek shiny coat and very cool spots.
Meep is a Devon Rex. She has more fur than a typical Devon, but has no whiskers, curly hair, and a very cute alien head with big ears and big eyes. She is a gorgeous dilute calico. She is also extremely sweet, and will follow you around and meow at you until you pet her. If she is in her cat tree and you walk by without petting her she'll sometimes reach out and touch you to get your attention- anything for affection. She has eosinophilic IBD (she had endoscopy at CARES) but she is perfectly managed with an HP diet. I never give her any medicine and she doesn't have any clinical signs at all.
One of the nice things about these girls is that they don't shed much. I "Furminate" them about twice a year and that seems to take care of the extra hair. I always accidentally leave Meep a bunch of bald spots...

Old bio : (2007)Owner moved, leaving her and her house mate behind. They are very friendly, lap cats and we are trying to have them go together if possible. They are both spayed, front declawed and up to date with vaccines.
