4/28/2011 update: Maybelline is completely settled into her foster home. She is doing great with the other cats - even chasing and playing with them. Also, she isn't bothered by the small dog in the house. Maybelline has discovered the front bay window and loves to spend time there soaking up the morning sun.

4/17/2011 update: Maybelline continues to explore her foster home and has discovered jumping on top of the fridge and even doors! This girl has agility! She is not keen of the other animals in her foster home, but she loves the one-on-one attention from her foster mom. She has such a soft coat and loves to purr and roll around to show her love and affection.

4/11/2011 update: Maybelline is adjusting well to her foster home. She will need time to get acclimated in her new home - at least a week. After 3 days, Maybelline would let her foster mom pet her and after a week, she is loving the attention and has even started purring. Her foster home is working on her becoming more social, but she's a very sweet girl. We hope she can find the right home to call her own.

Maybelline was surrendered due to severe allergies in a baby in her previous home. She is described as a very curious cat. She likes to climb, search out closets, look out windows and doors and, on occasion, she's known to hide. She was given the name Maybelline due to a grey spot on her left side that looked like a tiny beauty mark as a kitten.

Maybelline loves to chase and play with her companion Nadya. They will also take turns grooming one another. Their previous owners would love to see them find a home together, but realize that they may need to be separated.

Maybelline is front declawed, spayed, UTD on vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Approx. DOB is July 09, 2008.
