Alexis was rescued by a NAR volunteer at the office building where she works nights. She had been spotting Alexis for weeks, scrounging in the trash cans, and she was finally outside at the right time to find her in the trash compactor.

 

Alexis is an absolute love. She has been extremely friendly right from the start, and came willingly when coaxed out of the dumpster. She seems very relieved to finally be getting human attention and regular meals.

 

For such a young cat, Alexis is very laid-back. She craves affection, enjoys nothing more than being scratched and cuddled, and loves lap-napping. She gets along well with other cats, and doesn't mind dogs as long as they are respectful and don't mess with her.

 

Alexis would love to be a member of your family. All she asks for is someone she can depend on for a warm place to sleep and plenty of good food.
