When she heard of a lost dog roaming the park, one of our volunteers set out to rescue it. After searching the park and no sign of the dog, she relunctantly headed back to her car. But what was that? She was sure she heard something. So she started looking around. And lo and behold, there was Jewels. Someone must have dumped this poor girl at the park! Begging for food, Jewels was picked up and taken into a foster home. She was so infested with ear mites, she would cry as she brutally scratched at her ears. Jewels is feeling much better now and looking better every day. She's a pretty low key kind of girl, doesn't need much. She loves to sleep on the pillow on the bed and watch the world go by. This kitty deserves more than being dumped at a park all alone. The search is on to find the purrfect home for this little girl!
 
Jewels was born around Nov 2008.  She has been spayed, fully vaccinated and FIV/FeLV tested. And of course she has been treated for those nasty ear mites!
