This is Maxwell, an exotic looking ticked tabby. Maxwell was found at a steel mill. We were told there were originially two cats at the mill, we don't know what happened to the other cat. Although he won't tell us where he came originally came from, Maxwell did let one of the employees at the mill know that this was no place for him to live! When the employee got into his car to go home, Maxwell decided to join him, jumped in the car and refused to get out. He spent the ride home on his driver's lap. He's one smart kitty as that was the beginning of the first day of his rescue! He's now in foster care with us and although a little unsure of how the other foster cats would like him, he acclimated pretty quickly. He's made himself quite at home and seems to be a low maintenance guy who's just grateful to leave life at the mill. Just give him a little food, water and attention, and we're pretty sure you'll have a friend for life.

Maxwell was born around September 2009.  He is neutered, up to date on shots, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
