NAR received a phone call from an employee at a local kill shelter. Kady Kat had the unfortunate luck to be turned in with ear mites, an easily treatable problem. The shelter was planning on euthanizing her because of the mites. We were asked to take her into our care because the employee said she was just too sweet to not get a second chance. Kady received the treatment she needed and went to a foster home. The employee was absolutely right! It took Kady less than an hour to adjust to the home and was happily laying in her foster mom's lap. If you're looking for a super friendly kitty, you have to meet Kady Kat. She loves nothing more than to sit in your lap and get all the attention you're willing to give her! We are happy we could help save her, but now she's ready for her forever home. She gets along well with other cats and she doesn't mind the small dog she's currently living with. Kady is the best lap cat ever!

Katy Kat was born in October 2009.  She is spayed, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on shots.
