Description:
Rover was found with his brother who is being (fostered to adopt) at an apartment complex while we were doing a Trap Neuter Release project. So we fostered the two brothers till they were done with mom. Mom was spayed and released back as she was a feral (wild ) cat. Mom was tested negative for felv/fiv Rover is a ham. He loves to talk and play with his foster brother and sister. He is now waiting for his forever home to come.
