Jay is a product of our wonderful economy. He was left in an apartment after his former owner was evicted. The Apartment staff sought us out for help with this cat instead of being dumped or worse the city shelter. We have taken him on to find him his forever home. He is a real sweet cat. Now neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for felv/fiv. He was born sometime Nov 2008.
