Ozzie has a unique look, which, in addition to his sweet disposition, has made him a favorite among the volunteers who take care of him. All he needs now is his forever family to find him- and who can resist that face! Ozzie and another cat were found abandoned in a house after their owners were evicted- several months previously! A kind neighbor discovered the poor cats and contacted Northeast Animal Rescue. When rescue arrived we found Ozzie, who was starved for both food and attention. His ordeal certainly hasn’t affected his outlook on life. Ozzie is a sweet, affectionate boy who loves to be around people. He is always ready to be petted and loved. Ozzie is a vocal boy who loves to have conversations with his people! Since being in his foster home, Ozzie has discovered the joy of cat toys, his favorite being a catnip stuffed banana! Ozzie is a wonderful little boy who is ready to find his forever family!

Ozzie was born around May 2009.  He is neutered, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on shots.
