Other Pictures of Mink (click to see larger version):Our website is updated daily Mink came to us with several siblings, her mom and dad late in February. She was part of a part surrender from a hoarding/breeding situation. She is curious and actively seeks attention, though she isn't quite so sure about being handled. She doesn't struggle with being picked up but will only sit for a moment or two. She is easily startled but loves to accept treats. Mink chews and climbs on the bars of her current set up and would do best in a set up wiithout bars or chewable plastic such a Detolf or 40 gallon (or larger) breeder tank. She would also do well with someone who has a lot of time to devote to her. Hamsters are crepuscular creatures. Like many other mammals, hamsters are more likely to be awake and active at dawn or dusk. This isn’t to say that some hamsters don’t ever stay awake all night. Much like humans, individual hamsters have their own sleep patterns. They aren’t all awake and playful at exactly the same time. This does mean you may not get quality time with them since most won't wake up until evening/night time. located in Burlington County NJ/Edgewater Park
