Jesse is FIV+ and was turned into a local kill shelter with severe injuries. Even in his painful condition, starving, and scared, Jesse was so sweet and friendly that the decision was made to save his life and give him a second chance. Jesse has made wonderful progress and his once ragged, matted, flea-bitten fur is now a beautiful, shiny, long black coat. Through it all, Jesse has never let anything affect his loving spirit. He’s playful, affectionate, talkative, and loves to be with people. After going through so much trauma in his life, this exceptional guy deserves to find an exceptional forever home.

Jesse is neutered, current on vaccines, and tested negative for FeLV. He is positive for FIV (Feline immunodeficiency virus).
