Description:
Scruffy was rescued from a local kill shelter with his mom and four siblings.  Scruffy or "Scruff" is the smallest of his brothers and sisters, but that doesn't slow him down!  Although he's small, he has a big personality!  Scruffy loves to play with his toys, wrestle with his brothers and sister, but his favorite activity would have to be eating!  Just look at that face!
