Neil is neutered, UTD on vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Approx. DOB is April 16, 2016.

This super friendly guy was found outside, all by himself. He sure is happy to be inside where he belongs!

Neil is sweet and affectionate and loves to cuddle and curl up on a lap, but he does take a bit of time before getting used to you and doing so.  You need to gain his trust in order for him to feel comfortable.  He is never aggressive, but will be a bit timid initially. He has adjusted to the other cats in his foster home.  He tolerates the 2 large dogs he is living with, but is not a big fan of dogs and will get hissy and swat if he feels cornered by a dog.  Since Neil is  very sweet but can be timid, he would do best with another laid-back cat or as an only cat.
