Friendly, affectionate, and easygoing- that sums up Jasper!

His two great loves are catnip toys and chin scratches. He is curious and active and would do well in a home with another playful easygoing cat companion. Young Jasper was found in a North Philly alley trying to fend for himself. 

Jasper is good with cats and children; he has not been around dogs.
