Our website is updated daily Frankie is neutered, UTD on vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Approx. DOB is Aug 2016. Frankie and his siblings were rescued from a North Philly backyard when they were only a week old. Frankie is rambunctious and playful. Everything is a game or a toy in Frankie's world. He is affectionate and oh so fluffy but because he always on the go he is not a huge fan of being held all the time.
