Roo was surrendered by his owners who could no longer afford to care for him. He needs a special home because of his deformed legs. Despite his condition, Roo has no trouble getting around. He is a sweet and playful cat who rolls around to get your attention and wants to be petted all the time. Roo is hoping that his special forever family will soon find him and bring him home!

Roo is neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

Approximate date of birth is November 2007.
