Seri was found outside in the dark cold area of Northeast Philadelphia. She is Spayed, tested negative for felv/fiv and fully vaccinated. She was thrown out of her home, hit by a car, lost her litter of kittens, had a bad time of a spay because of being hit by a car and had her tail broken when this all happened. You would never know this cat had such a bad time. She is such a happy cat. Please give her a forever home.
